1. About Karage

Karage is a digital automotive platform that allows users to:

• Track vehicle maintenance
• Log modifications
• Monitor mileage and fuel usage
• Store service records and invoices
• Manage reminders and vehicle-related information

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. You must not impersonate another person, use Karage for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.

3. Vehicle & Service Information

Karage allows users to upload and store maintenance records, invoices, photos, mileage logs, and vehicle information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content uploaded to the platform.

4. AI Features

Karage may use AI-powered tools to scan documents, extract service information, organize uploaded content, and improve automation and reminders.

5. Reminders & Notifications

Karage provides reminders for maintenance, servicing, tyre rotations, insurance, registration, and other vehicle-related events.

6. Google Calendar & Third-Party Integrations

If you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, you authorize Karage to access and use the granted permissions solely for app functionality. Use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Subscription & Purchases

Certain features may require one-time purchases, premium upgrades, additional vehicle purchases, or subscriptions. Pricing and features may change over time. Payments processed through app stores are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play billing policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All Karage branding, logos, software, designs, graphics, and content are owned by Karage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Karage without written permission.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful or illegal behavior.

10. Disclaimer

Karage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of stored or AI-generated information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karage shall not be liable for data loss, missed reminders, vehicle damage, financial loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Karage after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
