Delete Account
Deleting your Karage account permanently removes your account and all associated vehicle data — including vehicles, service records, fuel logs, modifications, reminders, and documents. This action cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
If you have access to the Karage app, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Karage app and sign in.
- Tap the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE, then confirm.
Your account and all associated Karage data will be permanently and immediately deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
support@karage.appPlease include the email address associated with your Karage account. We will process your deletion request and confirm once complete.
Data retention
Deleting your account removes your Karage account and associated vehicle data. We may retain certain information where required by law, for security purposes, or to maintain records of completed transactions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
